The Silver Donkey: Literature Comes to Life!

Remember that book that your sixth grade teacher made you read? Yeah, it was about a silver donkey? Well, now it's about to be turned into a movie. Don't you wish it was turned into a movie when you were reading it, so you could just go and watch it then?

The official poster hails to the right. "The Silver Donkey" is originally written by Sonya Hartnett, and it centers around two girls, Marcelle and Coco. Marcelle is ten, and Coco is eight. They find a lost soldier who is temporarily blinded because of the war. They treat him with food and water, but he asks from them one thing - to find his younger brother, John. As they go on this journey, the soldier gives them a silver donkey and tells them stories about John and himself. I'm sure the movie will somehow revolve around this story line. Anyways, let's move on.

The cast and the crew - The movie stars Jacob Ruth, Mario Azabo, Serena Wilson, and Jessie Wilson. Ruth stars as the solder, Azabo stars as John, Serena Wilson stars as Marcelle and Jessie Wilson stars as Coco. The crew is an upcoming one, with new director Johnny Meno, and Michael Hermx and Catelyn St. Inchcomb hold the titles of producers. The writers are Sonya Hartnett (the book) and Geraldine Meno (the movie)

The status of the movie is that they are currently filming the project. They are filming in the woods of San Diego, California. I think I am liking the sounds of this movie. It looks like a good one. Watch the teaser trailer below.
